Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit card & Paypal as our main payment method. U.S Dollars is allowed.
Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible.
Therefore,If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. That means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours later after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been put into one-of-a-kind production or sent out. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return and Exchange Policy.
Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders take a little longer process than those traditional finished products. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary. Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days for the order to reach your shipping address within US. International shipping is not available currently.

Please note: The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for lost due to wrong shipping information.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with SKU label attached and accompanied by the order number. No returns are accepted after 14 days from when you receive. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return Policy or please contact our customer service for return.
Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 14 days from receipt.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Please note that all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
